I’m Rob Kosberg and that’s what I’ve been doing for years as a Mortgage Consultant and what I love. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved in over $250,000,000 in Real Estate Transactions with over 1000 happy clients.
I act as your Mortgage Consultant by Negotiating with the Lenders on your behalf and Overseeing the details of the transaction through to closing.
Most people don’t realize that they have literally hundreds of choices for their Mortgage Financing and are able to save thousands of dollars when they have the RIGHT Consultant. By knowing which lenders are being aggressive in the market I routinely save my clients a bundle over any banking relationship they currently have.
